BarberBlackSheep lives on a smallholding in Wales surrounded by lots of animals, all of whom have personalities far bigger than is strictly necessary and most of whom have names.
She built a home next door to her parents’ house out of straw bales, timber, lime and things other people didn’t want anymore and from which base the humans attempt to nurture, nourish and contain the animals and the plants rampage over everything else.
She has a compulsive need to make things by hand and frequently takes on projects whose reach exceeds her grasp. Mostly she just hangs on by her fingernails…
